DM Axis Intelligence™

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DM Axis Intelligence™ platform, simulator, research reports, or any associated services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is operated by Dalimer Outsourcing Inc. dba Dalimer Media (“we,” “us,” “our”), under license from Dalimer Corporation.

2. Nature of the Platform

DM Axis Intelligence™ operates as an Applied Research Intelligence™ platform employing the methodology of scholarly synthesis — the established academic practice of combining, analyzing, and drawing new conclusions from multiple published research sources.

The Platform's outputs are original analytical products of Dalimer Corporation's proprietary methodology. This methodology transforms peer-reviewed findings through a multi-stage process:

Extraction: Published text is converted into structured data classified by an internal coding system.
Synthesis: Individual findings from multiple independent studies are combined into weighted composite analyses.
Computation: Static research coefficients are transformed into dynamic, personalized estimates based on user-provided inputs.
Presentation: Analytical results are delivered as contextualized, actionable intelligence.

At no point does the Platform reproduce original paper text. All outputs constitute Adapted Material as defined under CC-BY 4.0 Section 1(a).

The Platform does not provide predictive guarantees, financial advice, investment recommendations, or actuarial projections. All numerical outputs are directional estimates (≈) intended to inform professional decision-making and should supplement — not replace — professional judgment, independent analysis, and qualified advisory services.

3. Research Attribution & Non-Endorsement

Citation of peer-reviewed research in this Platform is made under the terms of each work's Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY 4.0) license. All findings have been adapted through DM Axis Intelligence's Applied Research Intelligence™ methodology. Citation does not constitute, nor should it be interpreted as, endorsement, acknowledgement, validation, or approval by the original authors, their co-authors, or their affiliated institutions of this Platform, its methodology, or any of its outputs.

The Platform maintains a three-tier attribution architecture:

Output Level: Aggregate credibility signals identifying the number of contributing studies and observations, without naming individual researchers.
Node Level: Per-paper CC-BY 4.0 attribution including authors, journal, DOI, sample size, and license, with clear adaptation notice.
Registry Level: Comprehensive standalone Research Corpus Registry documenting complete provenance for each cited work.

Individual findings presented within the Platform have been adapted through Dalimer Corporation's proprietary synthesis methodology. All outputs reflect this proprietary synthesis and do not represent the conclusions, endorsement, acknowledgement, validation, or approval of any individual researcher, co-author, or affiliated institution.

4. Sole Responsibility for Outputs

Dalimer Corporation assumes sole and exclusive responsibility for all outputs, estimates, projections, recommendations, and analytical results produced by the Platform. No original researcher, co-author, institution, publisher, or licensor of any source material cited by the Platform bears any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for the Platform's outputs, methodology, or the consequences of any user's reliance thereon.

This clause is intended to benefit Source Authors and their institutions as third-party beneficiaries under Article 1444 of the Civil Code of Québec (stipulation pour autrui).

5. Cross-Industry Application & Generalization Disclosure

Platform outputs apply research findings validated in specific industries and contexts (as disclosed in the Research Corpus Registry) to user-reported operating conditions. Cross-industry, cross-geographic, and cross-temporal application introduces estimation uncertainty that is disclosed in the Platform's Risk Assessment Index (RAI).

The RAI documents 35 decision points across 7 phases where material error may enter the analytical pipeline and propagate to user-facing outputs. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

Coefficients are extracted from published research and may not reflect your specific operating conditions, market, or customer base.
Dollar impact estimates use approximate calculations based on user-provided inputs and research-derived coefficients.
Personalized rankings and recommendations reflect algorithmic scoring of relevance, not clinical or actuarial precision.
The research corpus, while comprising approximately 2.7 million customer observations, is not exhaustive and may contain gaps, contradictions, or findings that do not transfer across industries.
Mitigations documented in the RAI reduce but do not eliminate the risk of material error in any given output.

6. 30-Day Trial — AS-IS, No Warranty

The Platform offers a 30-day evaluation trial providing access to the Operator tier. Trial parameters:

Duration: 30 calendar days from registration. Non-renewable, no extensions.
Access: Full Operator tier functionality.
Expiration: Access terminates on day 30. User is prompted to subscribe to continue.
Payment: No credit card required at registration. Payment collected only upon conversion to a paid subscription.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. All outputs are directional estimates derived from peer-reviewed research and do not constitute financial, business, legal, or professional advice. Dalimer Corporation expressly disclaims all liability for any actions taken or not taken based on trial or subscription outputs.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Following the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Three tiers are available:

Operator ($297/month): Full S1–S2 simulator access with structured onboarding.
Growth ($597/month): Full simulator (S1–S5) with 44 research components, playbook, and provenance trails.
Enterprise ($997/month): Full simulator plus implementation templates, priority support, and early module access.

All payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service. Subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Current pricing and tier details are maintained on the Pricing page.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DALIMER OUTSOURCING INC., DALIMER CORPORATION, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your use of or reliance on the Platform's outputs, estimates, rankings, or recommendations;
Business decisions made based on information provided by the Platform;
Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the research pipeline, computational model, or personalization engine;
The applicability or transferability of academic research findings to your specific business context.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, architecture, Applied Research Intelligence™ methodology, scoring algorithms, cross-module synthesis engine, Risk Assessment Index framework, and presentation layer, is the proprietary property of Dalimer Corporation and/or Dalimer Outsourcing Inc.

“Applied Research Intelligence” and “DM Axis Intelligence” are trademarks of Dalimer Corporation.

The underlying academic research is used under CC-BY 4.0 (Creative Commons Attribution) licensing. Original research remains the intellectual property of its respective authors and publishers. Full attribution is maintained through the Platform's three-tier provenance architecture and Research Corpus Registry.

You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or commercially redistribute the Platform's synthesis methodology, scoring rules, computational models, or Intelligence Packet specifications without express written permission.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

Represent Platform outputs as actuarial, financial, or investment advice to third parties;
Claim or imply endorsement by any cited researcher, co-author, or institution;
Redistribute, resell, or white-label Platform outputs without authorization;
Systematically scrape, extract, or harvest data from the Platform;
Circumvent access controls, tier gating, trial limitations, or subscription requirements;
Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email to registered users. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Terrebonne, Québec.
