1. Who We Are

DM Axis Intelligence™ is operated by Dalimer Outsourcing Inc. dba Dalimer Media ("we," "us," "our"), under license from Dalimer Corporation. We are based in Prévost, Quebec, Canada.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

Account information: Email address, name, and company name when you create an account or subscribe.
Simulator inputs: The operational metrics you enter into the simulator (churn rate, ARR band, customer experience score, etc.). These inputs are processed client-side and are not stored on our servers unless you explicitly save a scenario.
Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or banking details.
Newsletter subscription: Email address when you subscribe to our Research Intelligence Brief.
Communications: Information you provide when contacting us via email.

Information collected automatically:

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, simulator interactions, session duration.
Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, device type.
Cookies and similar technologies: As described in our Cookie Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Platform and its features.
To process subscriptions and payments.
To send our Research Intelligence Brief (with your consent).
To improve the Platform's functionality and user experience.
To communicate service updates, security notices, or changes to these policies.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Simulator inputs processed client-side are not retained by us. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days, after which it is deleted upon request.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure hosting infrastructure (Vercel), and payment processing through PCI-compliant services (Stripe).

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Vercel: Hosting and deployment.
Stripe: Payment processing.
Supabase: Database and authentication.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable Canadian privacy law (including Quebec's Law 25 and PIPEDA), you have the right to:

Access your personal information held by us.
Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Request deletion of your personal information.
Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
Request portability of your data.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside Canada (including the United States) through our third-party service providers. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
